I was uploading some photos to my Google business page the other day when I ran into this shot I made last October on a trip into the Texas Hill Country to photography the Milky Way. We had one of the participants in the photoshoot stand behind the church and shine a light through the windows on the other side to light up the inside and make it appear the church was open the evening. Between the light painting we did and a little manipulation in Lightroom to bring out the stars in the shot, I really like the result. I just wish we could see this well with our eyes as we can with our cameras when we allow them enough time to gather the available light. We truly live in an amazing universe.
