We have returned from Colorado and I am finally working through the images I captured while we were there. This image is at the end of a day on Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. By this time of day the crazy crowds that dominate this part of the park to hike to and see Dream Lake and Emerald Lake are gone. Although Bear Lake is overlooked in comparison to the other two, it has it's own charm and is best enjoyed early or late in the day. I caught a break in the wind and was able to capture an almost mirrorlike surface in the lake. Photo by Steve Coyle Photography (www.stevecoylephotography.com)
I needed a little escape to the mountains today. Evening on Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. Photo by Steve Coyle Photography (www.stevecoylephotography.com)
Sunrise on Sprague Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. Getting up before dawn can have it's advantages. We finally had a few clouds in the sky on this morning after several days of clear blue skies. I always enjoy what a few clouds add to a scene.
