Wildflower Baby

When Sara Roberts told me she would like to have her pregnancy photos taken in the bluebonnets, I had a good idea of where we could do the shoot. We met on Sunday at Brushy Creek Lake Park where we were greeted with almost perfect conditions for photography portraits. It was a little foggy and at 9 AM it was like having a huge softbox in the sky. I added a little fill light to light her up and the rest is history. I'm still working on her other shots, but I hope she'll be happy with this preview of what's to come.

Early Arrival

I arrived home in time yesterday to learn of Sara and Allen's new arrival who came into the world a little early at 6:51 last night. The 5/8/15 due date was not for Leonardo, as he was already making his presence well known as we wrapped up our maternity shoot a few weeks ago.
