Olivia Patterson

A little throw back Thursday to close out 2015. I took this shot of our friends Steve and Cathy Patterson's daughter a few years ago when they were celebrating Steve's mom's 80th birthday. It has sat in my vast library of unprocessed photos until my wife was asking to see a bigger collection of my photos for some projects she is thinking about. With a little editing I brought this shot out to it's full potential and worthy enough to share. I hope y'all have a wonderful New Year and much happiness in 2016. Delta Pilot

Meet our friend Laura, one of Delta Airlines newest pilots. After serving our country flying jets in the Air Force, Laura opted to fly the friendly skies in her civilian career. She recently relocated to Austin and wanted a photo of herself in her Delta uniform in front of her new residence. I was happy to help her out with that request. The glass in her front door provided a nice reflection of the trees outside her place as a backdrop. El Capitan

Doing a little portrait work when we were out at Guadalupe Mountains National Park. We took a little side trip to check out El Capitan at sunset. My buddy Matt posed for this shot. Nice light with a great view. Hard to beat!

Lakeside Chillaxin'

If you ever find yourself on the Mount Whitney Trail, a detour to Lone Pine Lake is well worth the side trip. I would have loved to have camped here if we had had one more night on the trail. My friend and hiking buddy Laura was kind enough to let me snap a shot of her relaxing before we continued up the trail on our hike to Mount Whitney.
