First Weekend

I'll be getting my 2017 wedding season started on Saturday with Zoe and Johnny's wedding in Wimberley. This was a photo from Zoe's bridal session in November. Although it was chilly when we had her session, it was about 20 degrees warmer than the temps we'll have on Saturday. January Bride

We met with Zoe, her mother and maid of honor last month at her wedding venue in Wimberley, Texas for her bridal session. It was one of the first cool days of fall, but Zoe took the cool weather in stride and we managed to help keep her warm between photos with my wife's shawl. White Roses

This was the beautiful bouquet carried by Zoe Arabzadegan on her wedding day. The florist at the Wimberley HEB did a beautiful job in putting this arrangement together and when I saw the copper patinaed wall in Cypress Falls Event Center I had to find a way to combine the two. The copper wall was aged and weathered and provided a great contrast to the new and beautiful roses. It's always interesting photographing the details in a wedding and finding different ways to show them off. Sparks Flying

There were lots of sparks flying at Zoe and Johnny's wedding on Satuday, even with the rather chilly temps for Central Texas. These two never let the cold slow them down and had a really fun wedding that I'm sure they and their guests will remember for quite some time. Their smiles really lit up the place and warmed up the day and night. Congratulations Zoe and Johnny. I wish you many years of happiness together!
