Texas Hill Country - steve-coyle

Winter Reflections

After the terrible floods that Wimberley endured last year I was expecting to see a lot more damage at Blue Hole than we encountered on this sunny, warm afternoon. Not warm enough for a dip in the cool waters of the central Texas swimming hole, but quite enjoyable for taking in the sights. Breaking the landscape photographer's rules and capturing this shot in midafternoon. But rules are made to be broken from time to time.
